About Aikido

Aikido is Budo, a non-competitive art based on the philosophy and martial arts
of the Japanese Samurai. It is an excellent fitness activity, effective self-defense,
and a way of improving our relationship with others. Aikido helps to teach us not
to defeat others, but to learn to control ourselves.
